Event Crewmember has the opportunity to earn additional income by assisting with event setups and tear-downs per the event schedule Responsibilities may include pulling, installing and tearing down tables, chairs, lighting, tabletop décor, furniture, props, drape, tent and other similar inventory items.
Event Server is responsible to serve food at various types of events under the supervision of the event captain. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event process to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
Prep cook will assist the Executive chef in all food preparation using cooking methods and procedures that comply with Classic Catering & Events specifications and standards. Responsibilities may include but not limited to washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat while keeping a clean sanitary work station. Prep cook will assist at various types of event by plating, carving meat and making food in front of guests at an action station.
Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness while washing dishes and assisting with general kitchen cleaning and organizing. Responsibilities will include loading and unloading items from dish machines such as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glasses that come into contact with food or customers, operating the dish machines, and routinely deep cleaning sinks and culinary equipment to ensure a sanitary work environment.
