Open Houses & Tasting Opportunities
Classic Catering Events offers you the opportunity to dine with us at a private tasting experience with one of our event specialists and chefs. At the tasting you will enjoy pre-selected catering samples, discuss timing and floor plan details for your event, choose necessary rental items for setup and tabletop decor, and are welcome to ask your event specialist any questions about the planning process.
All booked events with Classic Catering will receive a complimentary tasting of up to eight menu items for four total guests. To schedule a tasting before reserving your event, a $20 per person fee will be charged. This may be credited to your account upon placing a deposit with Classic Catering within 10 days of your tasting. Tasting experiences may be scheduled on weekdays or on weekends now through the end of April. To schedule a tasting experience you may either call into our office Monday-Friday, 9 am - 4 pm EST at 269-465-4420, email your assigned event specialist, or complete an online request form here.
Classic Catering also offers small group tastings here at our office in Bridgman, MI. With this opportunity our team would prepare a wide array of favorite menu items for sampling within The Classic and The Beachwalk Menus. A pair of event specialists will be present to speak with you about your event as you enjoy catering samples and explore options for rental items. This is a great way to decide if our team is the perfect fit for your upcoming event, or help confirm selections within your existing event contract with us. Spaces are limited per session so please contact our team to reserve your place to taste! This is a complimentary event for up to 4 guests.

Classic Catering & Events is proud to partner with the new Aria at The Whitcomb in downtown St. Joseph, MI as the exclusive catering and rental provider! Aria translates to “air” which is befitting of its romantic and vintage outdoor area surrounded by stunning lakefront views. Join us at Aria for an open house on Sunday, May 7th from 1-4 pm EST to experience this unique venue’s three event spaces including the majestic rooftop, open veranda, and the breezy garden.
