Delivery Fee for Rental Items:
The Rental Delivery/Drop Off fee during the normal business hours of Monday through Friday is $45.00
The Rental Delivery/Drop Off fee over the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, is $90.00

Rental fees apply to a 20 miles radius of the Classic Catering & Events Warehouse. Delivery locations outside of the 20 mile radius, receive an additional $0.50 per mile.
Set Up Fee for Rental Items:
30% of the total rental balance
*excluded from this fee are Tents, Toilets, and Marquis as it is already built into the price of larger hard rental items
30% of the total balance to book your date and to reserve items out of our inventory.
Make your payment via Check or Credit Card, except American Express.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, but can be transferred to a later date.
Final Guaranteed attendance count and final balance payment must be received 2 weeks prior to your event date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
Rental Cancellation Policy
Rental items may be cancelled or changed, without penalty, up UNTIL 2 weeks prior to the event date.
Weather dependent items, such as sidewalls, tents, heaters, may be cancelled up to the Monday prior to the event for a refund of 50% of the cost of those items.
LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER
You, as the client, are responsible for any loss or damage to rented equipment during the term of the equipment rental agreement. Loss Damage Waiver (“LDW”) provides an easy way to help protect against costly bills for major repairs or replacement of rented equipment.
It is an agreement between you and Classic Catering & Events that limits your financial responsibility for loss or damage to rented equipment, in exchange for a fee, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and any applicable state law.
The LDW under Classic Catering & Events eliminates the need to provide proof of physical damage insurance before renting equipment.
LDW covers most causes of loss or damage to rented equipment, including:
LDW does not cover loss or damage caused by:
- Misuse or abuse
- Mysterious disappearance
- Exceeding rate load capacity
- Mechanical breakdown
- Wear and tear
- Improper maintenance
Should you, the client, be able to have Classic Catering & Events be named as additionally insured on your homeowner's insurance for a policy covering at least $1,000,000 and provide proof of documentation to our offices 2 weeks prior to your event, then the LDW may be deducted from your final balance listed on the contract.
